Greg Klein

Nature and art have always been a large part of Greg's life. He grew up in rural Nebraska where he studied wildlife biology and art at the University of Nebraska . He spent ten years in Colorado , exploring and painting the vast countryside of Rocky Mountains . Attracted to the rugged beauty of the Adirondacks and the picturesque countryside of Upstate New York, he and his wife decided to settle in the Adirondacks . Greg enjoys the experience of translating the emotional potential of the scene into a painting. His goal is to portray feelings of mystery in his paintings, the awe of adventure combined with a slight apprehension of the unknown.
