Designer Stephanie Rapp's vignette in our former New Canaan gallery focuses on dramatic art. All shades of the color purple anchor this sublime seating area in which to enjoy a lively conversation or a quiet moment alone. Modern low-slung chairs and an aged brass shagreen console table reflect metallic elements also found in the art. A pony-hair chair in the corner with leather piping adds an element of surprise.
