Shipping Rates and Policies
For all original artwork, please expect 1-6 weeks for delivery, depending on artwork type, size, weight, and destination. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once your order ships. Your shipping notification will include tracking information. Once your order arrives, please unpack it carefully. Artwork is packed and insured. If something is damaged, please notify us immediately and include images of the condition of the packing as well as the artwork.
Shipping rates are calculated based on order total, which is automatically applied at checkout. The rates are applied as follows:
Orders $0.00 - $399.99: $25.00
Orders $400.00 - $599.99: $40.00
Orders $600.00 - $799.99: $65.00
Orders $800.00 - $899.99: $75.00
Orders $900.00 - $999.99: $85.00
Orders $1,000.00 - $1,999.99: $105.00
Orders $2,000.00 - $2,999.99: $165.00
Orders $3,000.00 - $4,999.99: $250.00
Orders $5,000.00 - $5,999.99: $355.00
Orders $6,000.00 - $7,999.99: $405.00
Orders $8,000 and up: $495.00
Please note that rates take original shipping location into account and may be higher than what you see listed above. If you do not see these rates apply to your order, purchase artworks by one artist at a time or contact us for a personalized invoice.
At present, the above shipping rates apply to orders being shipped within the United States. If you live outside these regions, please email us at info@sorellegallery.com with a valid mailing address and artwork of interest for a customized shipping quote. Please note that Sorelle Gallery is not responsible for taxes and duties.
Shipping Original Art (General)
For all original artwork, please expect 1-6 weeks delivery, depending on artwork type, size, weight, and destination.
Sorelle Gallery Fine Art has excellent relationships with local reputable shipping companies to professionally pack and ship artwork. The gallery ships within the United States and internationally on a weekly basis. All shipping quotes account for the most competitive rates and professional packaging on a per-case basis.
Please note that artwork shipped via freight is often large and heavy. The shipping company will call ahead to schedule delivery, please arrange to have extra assistance. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply to international purchases.
Same-day courier service to New York City and most of the tri-state area is available. The gallery may use such carriers as: UPS, USPS, FedEx, private courier, art transportation service, or DHL. Certain orders may require additional time; our team will reach out to you with schedule updates as needed.
Shipping Fine Art Prints (General)
Please allow three weeks for production and shipping. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once your print ships directly to your shipping address. Your shipping notification will include tracking information.

Returns (General)
All artwork included in the Black Friday Exclusive is final sale.
Sorelle Gallery’s objective is to provide expert and informative art advisory through detailed written descriptions and photography, supported by complementary services such as art consultation, digital imposing, and “art on approval” programs. For this reason, we do not accept returns on in-store purchases.
For online orders of original artwork (excluding photography), returns will be accepted if the client notifies the gallery within (3) days of the artwork's arrival at the shipping address. The artwork must be carefully packed, fully insured, and shipped back to the gallery at the client's expense. Sorelle carefully documents the condition of each piece prior to shipment; returned artwork must arrive in identical condition.
Commissioned artwork, photography, and all open or limited-edition prints are made to order based on individual preferences-allowing for personal customization and minimizing waste. Due to this level of customization, these works are final sale and non-returnable.
