Gallery Policies

Sorelle Gallery Fine Art’s inventory (with exceptions) may be taken on approval for a maximum of 3 days. An ‘Artwork(s) On Approval’ form must be filled out and signed by the client or designer before any artwork(s) are delivered, picked up, or shipped. A credit card must be on file and arrangements for the artwork(s) to be returned must be determined prior to the release of the artwork(s). Artwork(s) that have exceeded the ‘return by’ date will be subject to charges on the credit card provided. Please alert the gallery as soon as a decision has been made. Sorelle Gallery Fine Art is not responsible if a painting is sold online while on approval.

All of Sorelle Gallery’s artwork is offered on many online platforms and can sell with a click of a button. Therefore we will only put an artwork on hold for 7 days if a non-refundable 5% deposit is paid. The 5% deposit is calculated on the artworks retail price and if the artwork is purchased the deposit will be applied to the sale.

Sorelle Gallery offers complementary art consultation and can arrange for delivery in Fairfield and Westchester Counties along with NYC. Rates range from $40 and up. Please call with your address for a price.

Sorelle Gallery offers digital superimposing of artwork in the client’s space. Simply email us an image of your wall or room and we will get in touch.

Sorelle Gallery’s objective is to provide expert and informative art advisory through written description and photography, alongside complementary services including art consultation, digital imposing, and ‘art on approval’ services. For this reason, we do not accept returns on in-store purchases.

Sorelle will accept returns of online orders of original art, with the exception of photography, provided the client notifies the gallery within three days of its arrival at the client's shipping address. Work must be packed, insured, and shipped back to the gallery. The client is responsible for return shipping costs and a 6% restocking fee. The gallery catalogues the condition of all artwork prior to shipment; returned artwork should arrive in identical condition.

Open and limited edition prints, as well as our collection of fine art pillows are made-to-order based on desired preferences allowing for personal customization and less waste. Because of this level of customization we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

Sorelle Gallery Fine Art guarantees all original artwork sold to be authentic and as represented by the gallery.

However, if you request information from us through our Contact Us page, or disclose information in any other way to us we will retain the information that you provide. To take advantage of some of our services you are required to register.

We may use your personal information for our general commercial purposes including, among other things, to send you communications about our own products and services. We do not share or sell any user's contact information. You can opt out from our emails and services at any time.

Sorelle Gallery also accesses usage information from select third party sites including email campaign platforms and Google in order to assess the functionality of our website, web browser, viewed pages, time and duration on site, crash logs, and other information relating to site usage.

Most web browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. Please note, however, that certain features of the site might not function if you delete or disable cookies. The site's cookies do not and cannot infiltrate a user's hard drive to collect any stored information on the hard drive.
