Return Policy
At Sorelle Gallery, we want you to love your artwork.
Original Artwork — Online Purchases
We accept returns on original artwork purchased online (with the exception of photography), provided the gallery is notified within 3 days of delivery. Work must be securely packed, insured, and shipped back at the client's expense. The gallery catalogues the condition of all artwork prior to shipment — returned works must arrive in identical condition. Once received, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
Original Artwork — Local Purchases (Not Seen in Person)
For locally purchased works not viewed in person, we may be able to offer an exchange or discretionary return within 3 days. Please contact us and we will be happy to advise and assist.
Original Artwork — In-Store Purchases
Sorelle Gallery provides expert art advisory alongside complimentary services including art consultation, digital superimposing, and artwork on approval. For this reason, we do not accept returns on in-store purchases.
Prints (Open & Limited Edition)
All prints are made-to-order based on your preferences, allowing for personal customization and reduced waste. Due to this level of customization, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
