Photography by Peter Mendelson

Print Options

All print images by Peter Mendelson are printed on premium aluminum or mounted under acrylic surfaces. Both acrylic and aluminum pieces arrive ready to hang.

Each print will also arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity as evidence of the genuineness of the print.

Aluminum (Metal Sublimation)

The frame on an aluminum print is flush with the edge of the print, which is printed directly on metal through a process called sublimation. The mount comes in black (for black and white photos), or brushed silver (for color photos). The frame depth sits between 1.5" and 2.75” depending on the size of the print, and hangs flush to the wall.

Acrylic

The photograph is printed on high-grade metallic photo paper, then face mounted to acrylic glass - so you're looking through the acrylic at your print.  The print is finished with hanging/floating hardware for that "floating off the wall" look. The depth off the wall is approximately 1.25".
