Artwork: Shipping

Delivery typically takes 1–6 weeks, depending on the artwork's type, size, weight, and destination. Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation followed by a shipping notification with tracking information when your order is on its way.

All artwork is professionally packed and fully insured. Upon arrival, please unpack your piece carefully. If any damage has occurred, notify us immediately with clear images of the outer packaging, inner packing materials, and the artwork itself — including the corners. This documentation allows us to file a claim and resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping
The rates above apply to U.S. orders only. If you're located outside the U.S., please email info@sorellegallery.com with your mailing address and the artwork you're interested in, and we'll provide a customized shipping quote. Please note that taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Courier Service
Same-day courier delivery is available to New York City and most of the tri-state area. Please contact us to arrange.

Open and Limited Edition Prints
All prints ship free. Please allow up to three weeks for production and delivery. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a tracking notification once it ships. For more about our print offerings, visit our Prints Explained page.

Artwork: Returns

We stand behind every work we represent and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Before buying, we're happy to provide additional photos, a short video, or a FaceTime viewing of any artwork — just reach out.

Original Artwork — Online Purchases
We accept returns on original artwork purchased online (photography excepted), provided we are notified within 3 days of delivery. The work must be securely packed, insured, and returned at the client's expense. We document the condition of all artwork before shipment — returned pieces must arrive in identical condition. Once received, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

Original Artwork — Local Purchases (Not Viewed in Person)
For locally purchased works not seen in person, we may be able to offer an exchange or discretionary return within 3 days. Please contact us and we'll be happy to advise.

Original Artwork — In-Store Purchases
We offer expert art advisory alongside complimentary services including consultation, digital superimposing, and artwork on approval. Because of this, we do not accept returns on in-store purchases.

Prints (Open & Limited Edition)
All prints are made-to-order with personal customization options. Due to this, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on prints.

Shipping rates for all jewelry are calculated at checkout.

Olive & Chain
Items shipped within the U.S. may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. Custom orders are final sale.
