They misrepresent the colors, I ordered dark grey with stripes, asked if it was true to color (on their website photos it is a blue grey woth beautiful stripes. They sent black and the company they get it from
States the back End Made a mistake -I wait another week (on top of the weeks I had already waited), and The company they order it from sends out another black pillow cover (the color I had already complained about), and a more blue one that is the correct color but doesn’t have the pretty stripes-just a blah grey blue color! They throw in a $25 gift card (is that a joke-since their pillow covers cost three times that), and call it a day! Whoopee -they send a prepaid return envelope for the two black ones that I never ordered and then-TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY -tonight I get a short and very curt email from the pillow company they use stating “just put all three in envelope and send back for refund!
So, after all that and my extensive search for an amazing pillow for my newly redecorated living room-that’s their answer!!!! How about an apology and some humble and heart felt conversation? You made the mistake-how dare you be condescending to me!!!
