We're happy to announce that we've expanded our canvas print framing options. Since launching prints at Sorelle in 2019, we've had the option to customize prints by size and frame (and style, meaning paper or canvas, depending on the piece). For canvas prints, we've carried five floater frame options - white, black, warm silver, gold, and dark walnut. Now, art lovers can officially select from two more frame options - Oak and White Oak - when customizing their print with Sorelle. If you're new to prints, take a look at our Prints Explained page, which outlines all the information you need to customize your print online. You can also read more about the Oak and White Oak options below to get a sense of where they might work well and why we love them.
Oak
The Oak frame option is a classic, mid-toned, warm wood frame with a black painted interior. While the Dark Walnut frame is a near-black color with a distinct woodgrain texture, the Oak frame is your quintessential wood frame - perfect for traditional paintings and warm or neutral-toned work.
White Oak
The lightest of the wood options, the White Oak frame has a visible woodgrain and a cool, ashy blonde color. It has a contrasting black painted interior, like the metallic and Oak frames. We love this frame on warm OR cool-toned artwork, and especially in light, coastal spaces.
