This Friday, we'll wrap up the last full week of Women's History Month by hosting a Q&A with artist Hazal Ozturk on IG Live.
To tune in to the talk, visit our Instagram profile at 11:00am EST on Friday, March 26, and tap our profile picture to begin watching.
Originally from Ankara, Turkey, Hazal is a multimedia artist currently based in upstate New York. She obtained her Master's degree in Chemistry while living in Lincoln, Nebraska, before moving to Saratoga Springs, NY, where she now works as a fulltime software developer and artist.
We'll talk to Hazal about her creative process, how she's evolved as an artist, and why the female figure is often a source of inspiration for (and the subject of) her work. We'll be chatting with her while she's on location in the Finger Lakes.
Follow Sorelle Gallery and Hazal (@artbyhazal) for updates and reminders. Those with questions for Hazal can message us in advance of the Live interview, so that your question goes to the top of the list and will guarantee being answered!
