Longtime Sorelle landscape artist, Carol C. Young was this week featured in News Channel 12 Connecticut's installment of Made in Connecticut. Interviewed by Rebecca Surran for the feature, News Channel 12 captured Carol painting on location, had a glimpse inside her Connecticut-based art studio, and spoke with her why rural New England barns are so inspiring to her and how she adds her own style and take to rendering these historic structures.
Sorelle Gallery even made an appearance in the Feature, with Carol and Rebecca visiting to see how Carol uses her small landscape studies painted en plein air, and translates them to the larger works you see at the gallery.
