You're invited to join us at Sorelle for a Sound Bath Meditation led by Hummingbird Healing Center on Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 6:30 - 8:00pm.
The evening will begin by mindfully looking at Sorelle's upcoming coastal exhibit, Summer Crush. Then settle in and relax on yoga mats for a soothing Sound Bath Meditation led by Hummingbird founder Lisa Pak. Come and experience the fusion of art and sacred sound at our downtown venue.
Tickets are $25 each for this 1.5-hour Sound Bath Meditation session. Space is limited to 20 guests, so reserve early (link below)! Mats will be available, but bringing your own mat to use with those provided is encouraged for maximum comfort during the meditation. Attendees will be lying down on yoga mats with blankets and eye pillows. If the floor is too difficult, all are welcome to sit comfortably in a chair and close their eyes.
